Crisis of Governing Systems

While the US has their own governing circus to manage (truly sorry for you folks), we here in Canada also have an elephant in our room: doctor-assisted death.

We have precious little time left to make our voices known to our governing system for our opposition to doctor-assisted death. I was just introduced to another form in which we can express our voice – to the Governor General of Canada. I copied Fr. Matthew Hysell’s response and adapted it to my concerns. I urge you to do the same! You can send the Governor General an inquiry/general comment through the official website.

You can also write to the senate (preferably before tomorrow!) using the form found at Canadians for Conscience.

Truly, my concerns are for doctors who will be forced to kill people and for the vulnerable people who will be coerced into death by being told that they have no value in who they are, suffering included. Fr. Darryl Millette posted a picture that aptly describes this scandal happening:
