The Seventh of November
It’s been a busy week! But I do have some photos, so yay!
Andy and I got dentist’d, we had some friends over to watch a movie (Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus – do not recommend) which was awesome, Spencer had swim lessons which he loved, like always. Friday night we had a friend over for supper whom we haven’t seen in a long time, and that was wonderful. It’s been a nice week. On top of that, it was Halloween, All Souls and All Saints day too. Yay! Things are going well.
Spencer’s second tooth has basically come in, so his pain-filled days and nights are primarily over so far. Until the next tooth comes in. We’ll enjoy a slight reprieve while we can. He’s starting to climb on things as he’s able, which is a great milestone, but also a great hurdle for us, as we have hardly done too much to clear the place up for this stage. His biggest thrills right now are computers; not that he uses them, but he loves their lights and he loves trying to get at them as much as possible. He just knows there’s something good with them. Especially since Andy and I are on them so much :o).
Not much else going on…figuring out what the rest of the month is going to look like, and starting to Christmas shop a little. Hard to believe Advent is less than a month away! I can’t wait to do our Advent and Christmas traditions that Andy and I have started with Spencer. He’ll have no idea what’s going on, of course, but I’m thrilled to be able to share our faith and our excitements with him.
Enjoy the photos!
