Mmmmm Princeville Cheese…
Farm Boy (grocery store out east here) had a sale on a goat cheese brie this week. Soooo good! Apparently this company makes another type of goat cheese brie as well, which I think I’d like to try one day. Very mild goat cheese flavour, for those who have never tried it before or were turned off by the strong flavour of other soft goat cheeses. It’s made in Quebec, so if you get cheeses from Quebec, definitely look for this one!
Andy only has 3 more days of school left before he’s off for the summer! Yay!
