Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good season!
We had a wonderful Christmas here in Edmonton; very relaxed and very un-busy. Just what we needed! We also had a fantastic dinner at the Franciscans on Christmas that started with antipasto, moved to pate, lobster, cheeses, and plum pudding! It was fabulous, and the company was superbe, even if most of the Franciscans were stumbling through cause they’d been up until 4:30 that morning celebrating Christmas with a Réveillon! They were good cheer, though, and offered wonderful hospitality to us.
